Dear Reader,
Of course last month I read about winter. Ironically, every time I read about snow or ice we seemed to receive it as weather the next day. You are welcome.
This month in February I will be reading about presidents. It is a subject that seems to be on everyone’s mind and there is so much we can learn.
  Happy Reading,
~Ms. Robyn
Hello everyone!
I hope everyone is doing well and staying warm! It’s been blusteringly cold this week.
As we continue on into 2021 the new year, we’ll be continuing our Story Times for Age 2-5 and Kindergarten-3rd GradeFamily NightsSpecial Events, and all of Ms. Robyn’s Story Times in the same way. I promise that we are just as tired of doing it that way as you are of watching it. But, it’s definitely better than nothing and we’ve got some different, fun things in the works to help break up the monotony. We’re moving our Family Fort Night to Zoom, so build your fort at home and then join us on February 9 at 6:00. Email Jami at [email protected] for the Zoom Login Information. Pick up a Take & Make bag (that includes a snack) beforehand to craft with Miss Jami or do it at any point throughout the month with our pre-recorded videos. We’ve also adapted our annual Take Your Child to the Library Day activities. We’re moving to the drive through! Swing through curbside on Saturday February 13 from 10:30-12:00 to pick up a goodie bag, listen to stories, and see your favorite librarians.
Be on the lookout for upcoming information on this year’s IditaRead Contest and how we’ll be doing LEGO Contest in March. Ms. Robyn and I have also started thinking about Summer Reading 2021: Tails and Tales.
Stay safe and warm and enjoy working your way through your winter reading list!
~Miss Jami
