Reserve a Virtual Meeting Room via Zoom

Just because you can’t meet in person doesn’t mean you can’t meet at all! Looking for a virtual way to connect with your group? We have the answer–Zoom. You can now reserve a virtual meeting space.

Things to know ahead of your reservation:

  • Contact us to schedule your meeting.
  • We’ll set it all up and email you the meeting links.
  • On the day of the meeting we’ll open up the virtual room and let you and  your guests in.
  • All meetings must occur during our open hours.
  • Meetings cannot be scheduled at the same time, so meeting spaces will be scheduled on a first-come-first-served basis if there are two requests for the same day/time.
  • Our Zoom allows for up to 100 people.

Reserve a Meeting Room

Library meeting rooms are reserved primarily for library related activities, however, rooms are also available for patrons or groups to reserve as long as:

    • The rooms are not in use for library related activities
    • The group is not meeting for commercial purposes
    • The activity takes place Monday thru Saturday during regular library hours (up to 15 minutes prior to closing)
    • A fee is not charged for entrance to program
    • An adult (age 18 or over) is in attendance and responsible for the group’s adherence to library rules
