Hold a Meeting at the Library

Reserve a Meeting Room

Library meeting rooms are reserved primarily for library related activities, however, rooms are also available for businesses or community groups to hold meetings as long as:

    • The rooms are not in use for library related activities
    • The group is not meeting for commercial purposes
    • The activity takes place Monday thru Saturday during regular library hours (up to 15 minutes prior to closing)
    • A fee is not charged for entrance to program
    • An adult (age 18 or over) is in attendance and responsible for the group's adherence to library rules

Multipurpose Room – Maximum Capacity 99 (with tables 50)

  • Amenities inlcude a White Board, HDMI Hookup with Smart TV, Speaker, 2 Microphones, 1 Mic Stand, and access to WiFi.

Bavin Room – Maximum Capacity 15 (with tables 12)

  • Amenities: White Board, HDMI Hookup with Smart TV, and access to WiFi.

Bavin Room

Kerr Garden Room – Maximum Capacity 40 (with tables 25)

  • Amenities: Whiteboard, HDMI Hookup with Smart TV, and access to WiFi.
  • The Kerr Garden Room is closed and not available December through March.

Marvin Room / Research and Genealogy Room – Maximum Capacity 3

  • Amenities: Genealogy Records, Computer, Printer, Microfiche, and access to WiFi
