In March Ohio Goes to the Movies as part of a nationwide celebration of America's 250th Anniversary !
Ohio Goes to the Movies™ (OGTTM) is a statewide celebration of movies showcasing Ohioans:
actors, directors, writers, composers, locations, and topics, shown in cities and towns across the state.
RSVP to attend our Ohio Goes to the Movies event featuring a special screening of Fighting the Sky, filmed in Shelby and including a scene shot right here in our library!
Before the movie, join us for a fun Green Carpet pre-show party. Walk the green carpet (alien costumes encouraged!), enjoy refreshments, face painting, an alien-themed photo op, and hands-on alien crafts. You may win a door prize or a prize for best costume!
The movie begins at 7:00 p.m., followed by a chance to meet the director and participate in a post-screening Q&A.
Marvin Memorial Library was honored to receive the Ohio Goes to the Movies grant, which made this event possible and supports the celebration of films made in Ohio or by Ohioans.

The tests will be distributed by CURBSIDE PICK-UP ONLY. Please DO NOT come into the building to get a test.
