We'll meet in the lobby every Wednesday at 10:00 AM for Walking Club. Wear comfortable clothes/walking shoes and we'll walk for approximately one hour. Feel free to wear wrist or ankle weights and bring a water bottle. If we have bad weather, or it is cold, we will follow an indoor walking video.
