Presented by Desiree Hanning, the founder of Harmonic Energy. Group Sound Baths help with stress, anxiety, and overall well-being through a non-aquatic, therapeutic type meditation with different sound instruments. Space is limited so registration is required and opens Aug. 1st.

We'll meet in the lobby every Wednesday at 10:00 AM for Walking Club. Wear comfortable clothes/walking shoes and we'll walk for approximately one hour. Feel free to wear wrist or ankle weights and bring a water bottle. If we have bad weather, or it is cold, we will follow an indoor walking video.
