DESCRIPTION:We’ll meet in the lobby every Wednesday at 10:00 AM for Walking Club.\nWear comfortable clothes/walking shoes and we’ll walk for approximately one hour. Feel free to wear wrist or ankle weights and bring a water bottle. If we have bad weather\, or it is cold\, we will follow an indoor walking video.
